2. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients are responsible for their dog's behaviour before, during, and after training sessions.

  • For in-person training, dogs must be on a secure leash or in a safe environment as instructed.

  • Owners must follow the trainer’s guidance and practice training techniques consistently at home to achieve the best results.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Paws Play and Train is committed to providing high-quality training, but we do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Training success depends on factors such as consistency, reinforcement, and the individual dog’s temperament.

  • We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by a client’s dog before, during, or after training.

  • By booking a service, the client agrees to release Paws Play and Train from any claims arising from participation in our training sessions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions. Please review this page periodically for updates.
